Policies and terms for the BeEasy Consulting website.

This policy describes BeEasy Consulting’s approach to accessible digital content and continuous improvement.
Deployment note: this policy must be checked against the cookies, analytics, forms, e-commerce functions and third-party tools actually used in the final published website.
1. Our Commitment
BeEasy aims to provide equal access, improve accessibility continuously and work toward WCAG 2.1 AA, the European Accessibility Act and relevant disability-rights principles.
2. Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate.
- Text colour contrast designed to meet at least 4.5:1.
- Logical headings, tab order and keyboard-operable controls.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Automated and manual testing, including keyboard review.
- Clear language and accessible publishing practices.
3. Compatibility
The website is designed for current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge and for common assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnification, high-contrast settings, speech recognition and alternative input devices.
4. Known Limitations
Older third-party documents, externally embedded media or legacy content may not fully meet current standards. BeEasy intends to improve or provide alternatives where feasible.

6. Escalation Procedure
Where an accessibility concern is not resolved, users may contact the competent national authority. Privacy-related accessibility matters may also fall within the remit of the Italian Data Protection Authority.
7. Policy Updates
The policy is reviewed when significant legal, technological or website changes occur.
